As I was doing the hair I realised something important...
Robert De Niro is NOT perfectly symmetrical!I don't really know why, but it seems that the photo I chose IS symmetrical. The worst bit is - I didn't bloody realise until quite near the end. And I deliberately made the eyes different, but it seems they are the same bloody eye!
Look at the front of his hair - it's obvious!

The other slightly mortifying bit is that my drawing has actually ended up looking more like Mike (Nic's step dad) than Robert De-Non-Symmetrical-Niro:
Having said that, it's not all that bad really for a first attempt. I am pretty impressed with it overall.
I need to find some genuine photos of real (wonky) people to copy now.
